When two friends and long time coworkers came together, blending their ideas and rich experience in the restaurant industry, The Fifty/50 was born. With two full bars, plenty of flat screen TVs (including two giant plasmas on the patio), and a delicious, made-from-scratch menu based on secret sauces and old recipes, the neighborhood bar-restaurant located on West Division Street has got it all. The menu has a focus on fried foods, barbecued foods, and sandwiches—all served until 1am every night. Everything is made fresh daily. The Fifty/50 has a sleek, modern feel to it with three unique levels, each with its own, individual vibe creating the ultimate dining experience. It's common to see your neighbors devouring the popular skirt steak sandwich or their fresh-packed burgers, both served with a wide variety of sides, including the delicious waffle fries. Their bars are full-service, offering everything from wine by the glass to 40-ounce beer bottles served in brown paper bags, to one-of-a kind beer cocktails, and even liquor bottle service. The bottom level becomes a happening spot on weekends, while the mezzanine level is a popular destination for private functions and birthday bashes—you might even see the athletes from local sports teams hidden away up there.
