Gemini Bistro is redefining neighborhood dining in the heart of Lincoln Park. This sleek, inviting restaurant offers contemporary American cuisine by partners Ryan O'Donnell (Pacific Time, Keefer's, Miraval Spa) and Chef Jason Paskewitz (Wave, N9NE, Four Seasons). The seasonal menu features classic favorites given new flair with French, Italian, and classic American preparations. Signature dishes include the Jumbo Lump Crab Cake, Roasted Salmon, and classic Steak Frites. The surroundings offer a warm and welcoming environment with dark woods, tweed and leather booths, oversized drum lighting, and turn-of-the-century reproduction Edison bulbs. The white marble bar is the perfect place to relax with one of Gemini's signature cocktails or a glass of wine from the approachable and diverse wine list. Make Gemini Bistro your new neighborhood spot! Gemini Bistro is open for dinner Tuesday-Sunday, and for brunch on Sunday. Sidewalk Cafe will open in May.
