Phil Stefani's 437 Rush is a classic, comfortable destination for enjoying a variety of winning dishes.
Whether it's steaks, chops, vegetarian, seafood, or pasta, there is something for everyone, and the staff makes you feel like a regular even on your first visit. Chef Federico Comacchio, a native of Lodi, Italy, who has cooked in Milan and Genoa, as well as Paris and Puerto Rico, delivers traditional steakhouse favorites along with what he calls "creative Italian cuisine." Standouts include Tortelloni di Vitello Burro e Salvia (tortellini filled with ground veal and served with brown butter and sage), Insalata di Mare and Farro Toscano—a medley of steamed baby octopus, clams, mussels, shrimp, and baby calamari served over Tuscan spelt. Along with the superlative food, guests visit 437 Rush for the bustling, lively bar, which features mahogany walls adorned with Chicago legends and a delicious happy hour bar menu. During the summer, crowds come for the showcased outdoor patio.
