Tank brings the best of the downtown sushi experience—fine, freshly prepared fish—uptown to Lincoln Square, where locals nosh without paying downtown prices. The restaurant is contemporary, accessible, and ideal for locals who want the freshest fish in town. Tempting maki rolls lure sushi connoisseurs, but non-sushi eaters will still find plenty of dishes that appeal to them on the small plates menu, such as the Crisp Chopstick Roll or the Goat Cheese Tempura. Rolls are inventive—try the Latin Heat Roll, which incorporates jalapeño and cilantro into the mix, or the Ocean Sundae, which combines shrimp tempura, tobiko-chili sauce, and wasabi mayo—to create a fantastic culinary experience. Monday through Friday from 11:30am-2:30pm, Tank offers half-price maki.
