The only changes Sapore di Napoli has made since opening in 2007 is its décor and ever increasing quality customer service. No need to change any recipes at this consistently quality-oriented, authentic Neapolitan pizzeria. Neapolitan “00” (double zero) Pizzeria flour, organic Stanislaus tomatoes from California, and imported Italian cheeses create simple, authentic Neapolitan pizzas and calzones. Their homemade authentic marinara and bolognese sauces create pastas that make your taste buds go crazy and keep your appetite open to finish the evening with authentic homemade tiramisù and Neapolitan gelato. Appetizers include lightly breaded deep fried calamari, caprese salad using imported mozzarella di bufala, organic tomatoes, and fresh basil leaves finished with olive oil and balsamic reduction, spinach salad with honey-soaked candied walnuts, and Granny Smith apples and cranberries topped with goat cheese. The Mediterranean salad is made with spring mix, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, the finest Kalamata olives, and Greek “vareli” feta. The Pizza Bianco, baked with mozzarella and mushrooms, smothered in Italian white truffle oil and Prosciutto di Parma, is one of the many “white pizzas” on their exquisite menu. Sapore di Napoli provides quality food products, excellent customer service, and special attention to quality hygiene. Sapore di Napoli is BYOB with a wine and liquor store located just across the street. Reservations are accepted and highly recommended to secure a table at this 35-seat upscale pizzeria.
