With an outer façade of old boutique brick and an interior emphasizing contemporary design and urban charm, Paramount Room offers a very hip, trendy concept for the city’s restaurant scene. The name is meant to invoke a vision of luxurious excess and plush amenities, and the two-level space executes this vision flawlessly. On the street level is a handsome tavern with exposed brick, lofted ceilings, distressed wood floors, an open kitchen, cozy booths and custom accents. One floor below, a resurrected prohibition-era basement speakeasy has been completely redesigned with chic modern lounge elements and a dramatic ultra-high ceiling. Casual and inviting, the space uses a color palette of natural and dark wood tones, brushed aluminum and aged gunmetal indigo blue. A unique focus on menu seasonality, rotating beer flights, recommended food and beer pairings, and a full liquor bar with designer cocktails allow the Paramount Room to offer a distinct and unforgettable experience. A late night food menu offers tasty delights until 1am.
